TownSphere is founded on honest, un-manipulated civic expression. You agree NOT to:

• Deploy automated bots, crawlers, scripts, or sybil voting networks to distort public opinion tallies.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, velocity thresholds, or cryptographic HMAC security controls.
• Attempt to de-anonymize or correlate voting records with real-world identities.
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of our servers, networks, or database clusters.

News articles on TownSphere are curated from credible, publicly verifiable journalistic sources. Original news headlines and reporting remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers and are cited under fair use for commentary and civic polling.
