Cookie & Storage Policy
Effective Date: September 19, 2026 | Version 1.1
1. What Are Cookies and Local Storage?
Cookies and browser Local Storage are small text files and data keys stored on your device when you visit websites. They help the application recognize your session, remember your preferences, and maintain fast, seamless performance.
2. How TownSphere Uses Cookies & Storage
TownSphere adheres to strict privacy standards. We use local storage and cookies solely for essential functionality. We do not use advertising tracking cookies, cross-site profiling, or sell your browsing history to third-party ad networks.

|---|---|---|
| Strictly Necessary | sb-*-auth-token |

| Strictly Necessary | townsphere_cookie_consent |

3. How to Manage or Disable Cookies
You can control, review, or delete cookies and site data at any time through your web browser settings:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Apple Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
Note: Disabling Strictly Necessary session cookies will require you to log in with an OTP code on every browser visit.
Reject All & Zero Tracking Guarantee
When you click "Reject All" on our consent banner, TownSphere stores zero advertising or analytical cookies. Our client script immediately purges any non-essential cookies and prevents analytical trackers from executing. Only the strictly necessary, first-party technical flag (townsphere_cookie_consent: 'rejected') is retained in client localStorage solely to remember your refusal and prevent the banner from re-appearing on subsequent page views.
